Jade Pellerito
Occupational Therapist & Owner
Jade is an occupational therapist with over 8 years of pediatric clinical experience. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago and her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Western Michigan University. She maintains an active CPR certification and is also certified in Therapeutic Listening.
Jade believes that each child should be celebrated for their strengths and treated as unique individuals.

Jade’s Ideal Day: Sitting in a cozy coffee shop, reading a good book while smooth jazz plays in the background. Then, it’s lemon pasta for lunch with chocolate chip cookies baking in the oven. She would wrap up the day with a walk down a tree-lined trail with her family.
Pietro Pellerito
Director of Operations & Finance
Pietro oversees the financial strategy, technological infrastructure, and operational compliance for Functional Living Children's Therapy. He believes that navigating pediatric healthcare should be entirely stress-free for families, a goal he achieves by building a structured, airtight administrative foundation.
Bringing 18 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting—including deep expertise on the business side of the therapy industry— Pietro ensures the practice runs with absolute precision and integrity.
By managing all backend logistics, onboarding pipelines, and insurance workflows, he handles the business details so that our clinical care remains high-impact, focused, and entirely dedicated to child development. He is the practice's direct point of contact for all onboarding and billing inquiries.
